Account Deletion Request

Please read the following information carefully before submitting your account deletion request.

Consequences of deleting your account:

  • You will permanently lose access to your HMS account and all associated services through our mobile app and other platforms.
  • All your personal data associated with this account, including your patient history, appointment records, personal details, and any other information stored within your profile, will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
  • Please note that due to legal and regulatory requirements concerning the retention of medical records in Nigeria, some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for statistical and reporting purposes. This data will no longer be linked to your individual identity.
  • If you have any pending appointments, they will be canceled and you will need to reschedule them if you wish to proceed.

Once you submit your request, we will process it within 30 business days. You may receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
